Polycarbonate,
also called PC, is one of the widest used engineering
plastics. With outstanding characters, high impact
resistance, transparency, dimensional stability,
good mechanical strength and electric insulation,
and wide temperature resistance range, our products
have been widely used in industrial,civil and agricultral
applications, such as green house, heat or sound
insulation barriar in highway, advertisement booth,
lighting post, etc. |

Charateristics
of Polycarbonate |
1, Light
transmission. Good light transmission, resistance
to aging.
2, Weather Resistance. Co-extruded UV coating
on surface of sheets can protect from the damage
of ultraviolet radiation.
3, Impact Resistance. The shock strength of PC
sheet is 250-300 times of that of ordinary glass,20-30
times of PMMA.
4, Fire Retardant. Pass the test of China's National
Standard GB8624-97. Belong to B1 level fire retardant,
cause neither fire drop nor poisonous gas.
5, Temperature Resistance. Temperature between
-40¡æ to +120 ¡æ causes no effect upon the quality
of sheet. Stable physical nature.
6, Light Weight. Light weight, convenient to transporation
and installation. Can be cold bent directly. Have
good performance of heat forming.
7, Sound Insulation. Good sound insulation. First
choice for materials of insulation protective
screen in highways in China and abroad. |
